Infram Energy appoints GM

Infram Energy, the renewable energy platform launched by Infracapital and Amarenco in 2017, has taken the next step in its development by appointing former Total executive Olivier Jacquemin as General Manager. Infram Energy closes a 172 million € refinancing

As part of the continued growth of Infram Energy, the company has closed the refinancing of 70 MW of grid connected assets in August 2019 followed by a second tranche of 7 MW in December 2019 for a total of €137 million. In addition to this long-term project financing facility, Infram Energy has also contracted a short term construction financing facility of €35 million to allow it to continue to fund its planned developments for 2020 and 2021. Infracapital and Amarenco platform Infram Energy raises long-term debt facility and reaches 95MW of total installed capacity

Infram Energy, a platform established by Infracapital and Amarenco Solar to invest in greenfield renewable energy assets across France, Ireland and other European markets, has signed a long-term debt facility, arranged by The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. (MUFG), to finance an additional solar portfolio of 16.1MW. This takes Infram Energy’s total installed capacity to more than 95MW and over €200m of total capital invested. Infracapital and Amarenco launch greenfield renewable energy platform, AIRI

Infracapital, the infrastructure investment arm of M&G Investments, and Amarenco, a leading Irish renewable energy power company, have entered a joint venture agreement to launch Amarenco Infracapital Renewable Investments (“AIRI”), a platform established to invest in greenfield renewable energy generation projects and assets across the UK, Ireland and France.
